      Spread the Philadelphia Cottage Cheese onto the cracker.

      Wash the cucumber and cut it into strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Trim and finely chop the spring onion, then place everything on top of the Philadelphia Cottage Cheese and serve.
