When you're done preparing your meals, you don't have to throw away your tub. There's plenty of ways to reuse it.
Method

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into evenly sized cubes and toss with the olive oil, nutmeg and salt. Spread the cubes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook in a fan oven at 180 °C for approx. 20–25 minutes.

Wash and trim the radishes, then cut them into thin strips. Peel the onion, rinse it and slice into rings. Mix everything together with the Philadelphia Cottage Cheese and spoon over the roasted sweet potato cubes. Drizzle with honey and serve.
