Method

Spread the bread with Philadelphia Mexican Style and top with ham. Wash the apricot, halve it, and remove the pit.

Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Place the apricot halves cut-side down in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until grill marks appear and they become soft. Remove the pan from the heat and drizzle the honey over the apricots.

Shell and roughly chop the pistachios. Top the sandwich with the grilled apricot halves, sprinkle with pistachios, and drizzle with the honey-apricot juices.
Instead of apricots, peaches or nectarines also work well.PRO TIP
