    Method

    1. 1

      Wash the carrots and cut them lengthwise with a peeler into fine strips.

    2. 2

      Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

    3. 3

      Wash and slice the radishes. Wash the lettuce, remove the stalk and cut into long pieces.

    4. 4

      Now lay out the wraps, spread each with 4 tablespoons of Philadelphia Plant Based, lay out the vegetables on top and then roll the wraps.

      Finally, roll up the  wraps in greaseproof paper, fold the ends over and cut in the middle.

      Enjoy!
    6. PRO TIP You can add roasted sesame seeds, black cumin seeds or sunflower seeds.
