    Method

    1. 1

      Spread cottage cheese over the farmhouse bread. Drain the tuna, flake it, and place it on top.

      Wash and trim the radishes, then slice them thinly. Wash the chives, pat them dry, cut into fine rings, and use them to garnish the bread.

      Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      It’s also delicious without the bread!

      White radish (mooli) is also a very flavourful alternative to radishes.

      Add any veggie meat substitute or veggies instead of tuna.
