Method

Spread cottage cheese over the tortilla, leaving a 2 cm border around the edge. Clean the red cabbage and cut it into thin strips. Trim, wash, and pat dry the spring onion, then slice it into thin rings.

Arrange both, along with the sliced chicken breast, side by side lengthways on the tortilla.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fold into a wrap. Cut in half and serve.
Warm the tortilla briefly so it’s easier to fold.PRO TIP
