    Method

    1. 1

      Cut the avocado in half  with a knife, put the flesh in a bowl with a spoon and mash with a fork to a coarse cream. First pour the lime juice over the mashed avocado so it does not turn brown.

      Then, wash the tomato, peel the onion and garlic and cut everything into small cubes and mix together. Add spices, and the coriander and mix everything together well.

      At the end, mix it all with Philadelphia.

      Spread on your bread and decorate with avocado topping.
