Method

Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices.

Wash the blueberries.

Serve cottage cheese, kiwi, blueberries, and granola arranged side by side in a bowl.

(Ingredients for 4 servings)
100 g rolled oats (wholegrain)
30 g nuts, e.g. sliced almonds
2 tbsp honey, liquid (30 g)
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil (25 g)
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan) for 15–20 minutes. Stir the mixture once during baking.
If fresh fruit isn’t available, frozen blueberries work just as well.PRO TIP
