    Method

    1. 1

      Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Cut a thin lid off the rye bread and hollow it out slightly.

      Cut the salami into small pieces. Wash the mini bell peppers, halve them, and remove the seeds. Cut into thin strips. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly as well.

      Spread the inside of the bread with Philadelphia Mexican Style and fill with salami, peppers, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven (middle rack) for 15–20 minutes until crispy.

    4. PRO TIP 

      Also delicious topped with a few cilantro leaves.
