    Method

      Toast the sourdough, meanwhile core and finely slice the pear.

      Roughly chop the walnuts.

      Spread the toasted sourdough with the Philadelphia Light followed by the pear and ham. Sprinkle over the chopped walnuts and finish with a drizzle of honey.
