    Method

      Lightly toast the rye bread.

      Using a peeler, make ribbons with the cucumber. Halve the black olives.

      Spread the rye bread with the Philadelphia Light, top with the cucumber ribbons, sun dried tomatoes, black olives and basil leaves.
