    Method

      Begin by cutting the baguette in half lengthways, taking care not to slice all the way through.

      Spread the base of the cut baguette with Garlic and Herbs Philadelphia. Onto this lay the slices of ham and cos lettuce leaves, followed by the semi sundried tomatoes, dotted evenly along the length of the baguette. Slice in half and serve immediately alongside a mixed leaf salad dressed at the last minute in 1 teaspoon of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
