In a bowl, combine the baking powder, Parmesan cheese, and flour, and mix them together. Add the beaten egg and salt, and whisk, adding the milk gradually.

Lightly grease a pan with oil and pour in a ladle of the batter. Cook over medium heat until you see the typical air bubbles form on the pancake, then flip it and continue cooking on the other side.

Serve the pancakes and fill them with Philadelphia, smoked salmon, dill and pepper.
