    Method

      Cut each tomato into 6 pieces (slices or wedges).

    2. 2

      Warm the pita breads in the oven. When warm, spread generously with Philadelphia Light cream cheese.

    3. 3

      Arrange the tomato pieces on top of the Philadelphia cream cheese. Sprinkle with the chopped olives and add a few arugula leaves. Cut each pita into 4 or 6 wedges and serve immediately.
