    Method

      Cut each tomato into approximately 6 slices.

      Warm the flatbreads in the oven. Spread a generous layer of Philadelphia cream cheese over them while they are still warm.

      Top the Philadelphia layer with the tomato slices. Continue by garnishing with the chopped olives and finish with the arugula. Cut each bread into triangles and serve.
