Method
1
Peel the kiwi and slice it thinly. Wash the blueberries.

Arrange the cottage cheese, kiwi, blueberries and granola side by side in a bowl.

(Ingredients for 4 servings)
100 g rolled oats (coarse)
30 g nuts, e.g. almond sticks
2 tbsp runny honey (30 g)
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil (25 g)
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C (fan) for 15–20 minutes. Stir once during baking.
If fresh fruit is not available, frozen blueberries can also be used.PRO TIP
