    Method

      Coarsely chop the almonds with a knife and toast them in a pan without oil until golden brown. Wash and dry the blueberries and raspberries.

      Place the Philadelphia Cottage Cheese in a bowl. Arrange the berries on top and sprinkle with puffed quinoa and toasted almonds.

      This bowl is especially summery and refreshing when served with fresh mint.
