    Method

      Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh from both halves using a spoon, being careful not to break it.

      Lightly hollow out the hole left by the pit and fill it with Philadelphia cream cheese. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with sprouts, sesame seeds, and thinly sliced pickled red onion.
